  • Work 40 hours per week on modern livestock farms, with all overtime paid according to German labor laws.

  • Earn a gross monthly salary of approximately €2,051, with an hourly wage of €12.82.

  • Receive comfortable accommodation near the farm, typically in shared housing equipped with essential facilities. The cost of accommodation, around €300/month, is conveniently deducted from the salary.

  • Benefit from full health insurance coverage in line with German legal standards.

  • Enjoy 24 days of paid vacation over the 12-month program duration.

  • Take part in industry seminars or further training opportunities to enhance technical skills and agricultural knowledge.

Full Support for Relocation and Visa

Applicants selected for the program will receive comprehensive support throughout the relocation and visa process. The visa provided is a long-term national visa for traineeships, with a processing time of approximately 3.5 months.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Life Sciences, or Animal Husbandry (Veterinary graduates are not eligible).

  • Have graduated within the past five years from a university recognized as H+ on the Anabin Portal.

  • Be between 21 and 35 years old.

  • Possess a minimum B1 level of English, which will be verified through an interview with EU Helpers.

  • Be financially prepared to cover initial travel, visa, and living expenses.

  • Be motivated, reliable, and physically fit for hands-on farm work.

  • A driving license is not required but considered a plus.

Note: Applications from Pakistan, African countries, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, Libya, and Syria cannot be accepted due to eligibility restrictions.

  • A degree or diploma certificate.

  • An academic transcript listing courses and grades.

  • A copy of a valid passport (all pages, clear). All documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by an official English translation.
