The Embassy of Poland in Pretoria is located at 14 Amos Street, Colbyn, Pretoria 0083. For general inquiries, you can reach the secretary at secretary.pretoria@msz.gov.pl. The Consular Section shares the same address and can be contacted via pretoria.consul@msz.gov.pl. In case of emergencies, please contact us at +27 83 449 3489 or email pretoria.wk.dyzurny@msz.gov.pl.

The Consulate operates during the following hours:

- Monday: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

All visits to the Consulate must be scheduled via the e-Konsulat system at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl. Each case must be registered separately.

Certain visa-related services, such as visa and document collections, and deliveries of missing documents, can be availed of during the following times:

- Monday: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

- Tuesday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Visa appeals can be submitted from Tuesday to Friday, between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

The Embassy of Poland strongly advises against using unauthorized visa agents. The Embassy and Consulate do not collaborate with any visa agents.

The designated office personnel accept complaints and applications related to the office's operations every working Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Complaints regarding client services or applications concerning the consular office's functioning can be submitted via:

- Written submissions to 14 Amos Street, Colbyn 0083, Pretoria.

- Electronic submissions to the email address: konsulat.pretoria@msz.gov.pl with the subject: "COMPLAINTS AND APPLICATIONS."

- In-person submissions during the specified time for oral recording.

Please note that anonymous complaints and applications lacking personal and contact details will not be acknowledged.
