This pertains to individuals from foreign countries carrying out employment within the borders of the Republic of Poland under an agreement with an organization domiciled or residing within the territory of Poland.
Necessary Paperwork -
1. Complete the application form for a work permit for a foreigner in Poland.
2. Provide a copy of a valid ID card, travel document, or another document verifying identity, if the employer is an individual.
3. Submit a company agreement if the employer is a civil partnership, or copies of notarial deeds for a joint stock company in organization.
4. Include copies of all filled pages from the foreigner's valid travel document. If unavailable, provide another valid document confirming identity.
5. Obtain a statement from the relevant staroste (district governor) regarding the inability to fill the position from local unemployed or job seekers, or a negative recruitment result from the Employment Office.
6. Provide documents proving the foreigner meets the employer's job requirements, if specified by the staroste.
7. Submit documents confirming qualifications for regulated professions and other conditions affecting the application.
8. Include a copy of the payment receipt for the work permit application.
9. If the employer is a temporary employment agency, provide a document detailing the agreed-upon conditions for the foreigner's assignment, including personal data, contract type, working hours, salary, position, workplace, and assignment period.
10. Present a statement of no criminal convictions.
