4. Address customer complaints with patience and helpfulness, aiming to resolve issues satisfactorily.
5. Process orders efficiently via computer systems, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
6. Maintain accurate customer records in databases and strive to exceed sales targets.
7. Monitor shelf inventory levels and restock products as necessary.
8. Operate cash registers and reconcile daily revenues.
9. Ensure the store environment remains clean, orderly, and welcoming.
