Please be aware:
- You must apply for a visa at a consular office or the consular department of the embassy located in the consular district where you reside.
- Typically, the listed documents are sufficient for visa issuance; however, the consul may request additional documentation.
- While the consul has the option, they are not obligated to conduct an interview with the applicant.
- D-type visas permit a stay in other Schengen states for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. This means you can legally remain in the Schengen Area if your stay does not exceed 90 days in the past 180 days.
- The D-type visa is valid for a maximum of one year.
- Please note that obtaining the visa does not guarantee entry into Poland; the final decision rests with the Border Guard.
