Amid upcoming holiday closures, the Polish Embassy has unveiled a detailed plan for visa appeal submissions, ensuring applicants are informed and accommodated during this period.

Embassy Closure Dates:

The Embassy of Poland will be closed on the following dates: March 25th, March 29th, and April 1st, 2024, due to holidays.

Appeal Submission Procedure:

   - From March 26th to March 28th, 2024, applications for reconsideration of visa applications (appeals) will only be accepted directly at the Consular Section of the Embassy. This service will be available between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. 

   - On these designated days, VFS Global VACs will not accept any appeal applications.

Temporary Suspension of Appeal Submissions :

   - On March 29th and April 1st, 2024, applications for reconsideration of visa applications will not be accepted by either the Embassy or VFS Global VACs.

   - Applicants who have an appeal submission deadline falling within this period will have the opportunity to submit their applications on April 2nd, 2024.

Resumption of Appeal Submissions:

VFS Global will resume accepting applications for reconsideration of visa applications (appeals) on April 2nd, 2024.
