Job Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking construction work, including tasks such as building structures and installing fixtures.

2. Executing interior decorating duties, which may involve enhancing interior spaces with furnishings and decor elements.

3. Performing maintenance work to ensure the upkeep and functionality of various structures and systems.

Contract Terms:

Contract duration is initially for one year with the option for renewal.

Salary Details:

- Gross hourly wage: $4.32/hour

- Net hourly wage: $3.20/hour

Working Hours:

- Shifts spanning 7-10 hours per day, six days per week, with a total of 230+ hours per month.

- Shifts typically commence at 6 am, with night shifts also included.

Monthly Payment: Monthly earnings range from $700 to $950 USD.

Accommodation: Accommodation is provided as part of the employment package.

Food: Meals are provided to employees.

Medicine and Insurance: Medical assistance and insurance coverage are provided to employees.

Air Travel:

- Reimbursement for the cost of air travel is provided after three months of employment.

- The return ticket cost is covered at the end of the contract period, contingent upon fulfilling all contractual obligations.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English and Serbian is required for the role.
