The Agriculture Traineeship Program by EU Helpers Group Sp. z o.o. offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals from selected countries to gain valuable training in the fields of agriculture, farming, and horticulture.

This 12-month program is designed for current university students or recent graduates (within the past 1.5 years), aiming to provide hands-on experience while immersing participants in the Danish work culture. However, veterinary graduates are not eligible for this program.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this traineeship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a university or recently graduated within the last 18 months.

  • Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 29.5 years old.

  • Language Skills: A minimum B1 level in English is required, which will be assessed through an interview with EU Helpers.

  • Financial Readiness: Candidates should be prepared to cover their visa application fees, flight tickets, and personal travel costs.

  • Personal Attributes: The program seeks individuals who exhibit a strong professional mindset, reliability, leadership potential, and solid work ethics.

Mandatory Application Documents

To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:

  • A CV in the EU Helpers format with a smiling, professional photo that reflects motivation and reliability.

  • A diploma from a recognized higher education institution.

  • A letter of enrollment indicating the expected graduation year (for currently enrolled students).

  • An academic transcript.

  • A copy of a valid passport.

Program Details

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional opportunities for paid overtime based on workload and seasonal demands.

  • Stipend:

    • Option 1 (Paid Accommodation): Approximately €1,820 per month (includes a base salary of €1,680 + 8.33% holiday bonus).

    • Option 2 (Free Accommodation): Approximately €1,400 per month (includes a base salary of €1,200 + 8.33% holiday bonus).

Visa and Insurance Information

  • Visa Type: Long-Term National Visa (Traineeship)

  • Processing Time: Estimated 3–4 months from the date of application submission.

  • Visa Fees: Standard visa application fees apply. EU Helpers offers a professional service package to guide candidates through the process; details will be discussed during consultation.

  • Insurance: Candidates must maintain valid insurance coverage for the entire duration of the traineeship.
