Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating the production workflow for one or multiple products.
2. Strategically planning and prioritizing operations to enhance performance and minimize delays.
3. Assessing manpower, equipment, and raw material requirements to meet production demands.
4. Assigning personnel and resources to specific production tasks.
5. Developing shift schedules in alignment with production needs.
6. Monitoring job progress to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
7. Proactively addressing issues as they arise to minimize disruptions.
8. Collecting output data (e.g., finished product count, defect percentages).
9. Generating and presenting status and performance reports.
10. Maintaining organized documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated track record as a production planner.
2. Profound understanding of production planning and quality control concepts.
3. Familiarity with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) systems.
4. Competence in using MS Office and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
5. Proficiency in mathematics and statistics.
6. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Outstanding communication skills.
8. Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma; additional education or certification is desirable.
