Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional customer experiences for all clients and guests visiting our business centers. Daily tasks will involve assisting tenants with operational issues such as printing or internet access, maintaining communication with suppliers, managing inventory and replenishing supplies, overseeing security and telecommunication systems, monitoring center cleanliness and maintenance, compiling occupancy statistics, facilitating tenant handover procedures, and supporting the sales department with viewings and contract preparations.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining effective communication across all departments and ensuring that our internal apps and databases are updated with accurate information at all times.
