You can submit your application at the consular office of the Embassy of Poland in Doha.

The visa application form must be submitted in person. The diplomatic mission does not accept application forms sent via fax, regular mail, or email.

Appointment Booking:

To apply for a visa, please schedule your appointment using the e-Konsulat system, which operates 24/7. Appointment slots are available up to one month in advance.

It's important to submit your visa application no earlier than 6 months and no later than 15 days before your planned departure.

Please ensure that when registering, you provide accurate and complete information from your submitted documents. The information entered in the application must match the details in your documents, including spelling.

For those seeking a national work visa, appointments can only be made through the e-Konsulat system. To schedule an appointment for submitting an application for a national work visa:

1. Visit the website https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl

2. Navigate to the MENU tab and select the option "National visa - register the form."

3. Choose whether you are applying for a work visa or another type of visa and agree to the application rules.

a) If you select "National visa - work," complete the initial visa application with your basic information and details of the document authorizing you to work in Poland. Upon verification of the entered details, you'll receive an email containing a link to finalize the full visa application. You'll have 48 hours to complete the application, save it, and print it. Failure to properly verify the data or complete the full application within 48 hours will result in cancellation of the registration.

b) If you opt for "National visa - other," select your visit date, fill out the visa application form, save it, and print it.

In the event of more applications than available slots for consulate visits, appointments will be assigned through electronic drawing (lottery). All necessary information, confirmations, and application completion links will be automatically sent electronically to the email address provided by you.

Within the agreed-upon timeframe, you must visit the consular office with a printed and signed visa form, the original work permit, and a complete set of required documents.

Cost :

The fee is 320 QAR, payable in cash only.

The visa application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the consul's decision.

Waiting time:

The visa decision will be reached within 15 working days from the date of payment of the application fee. If further document scrutiny is necessary, the processing period may extend to 30 days. In urgent and warranted situations, a decision can be made within three working days.

Documents can be collected on weekdays from Sunday to Wednesday, between 12:00 and 14:00.
