Position: We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at hotels in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to our high standards. Please note that the lodge is situated in a very busy remote location, and the cabins are located outside, requiring significant walking each day.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

2. Keep your cleaning cart stocked and prepared for daily tasks.

3. Make beds, change sheets and towels, and replenish guest room supplies as necessary.

4. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs.

5. Monitor and refill amenities such as soap, shampoo, and lotion.

6. Promptly report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.

7. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols to guarantee a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.

8. Assist with laundry duties or room inspections as required.

9. Perform daily cleaning of public washrooms in the main lodge.

10. Conduct light cleaning of other areas of the lodge if necessary.

Requirements:

1. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, though not mandatory, as we are willing to train suitable candidates.

2. Must be willing to work outdoors.

3. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

4. Strong attention to detail and capability to adhere to established procedures and guidelines.

5. Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

- Wage: €15-€17 per hour plus bonuses.

- Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at €3.70 per day.

- Bonus: Upon completion of the contract, you will receive a bonus of €1 for every hour worked and your rent will be refunded.

- Referral Bonus: Earn €450 if both your contract and your referral's contract are completed successfully.
