Where to apply?
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi accepts visa applications from individuals residing in various regions of India, as well as citizens or residents of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai processes visa applications from residents of different regions of India.
How to apply?
Applicants are required to submit their applications in person at one of the Visa Application Centers (VACs). Diplomatic missions do not accept application forms submitted via fax, postal mail, or email.
How to book an appointment?
To initiate the visa application process, schedule an appointment using the website. Employment visa applications without an assigned appointment date through the electronic draw in the e-Consulate must be re-registered in the VFS Global registration system.
Details regarding consular jurisdiction are available in the "Where to apply?" section. For Indian citizens, jurisdiction is determined by the place of passport issuance or the address listed in the valid passport. Only applications falling within the relevant consular jurisdiction will be considered.
Waiting time :
Visa issuance decisions are typically reached within 15 working days from the date of application fee payment. However, if further document examination is required, the processing period may extend up to 30 days.
Document Collection :
Passports submitted via VFS can be retrieved at the respective VFS center during specific hours:
- At the Embassy in New Delhi: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
- At the Consulate General in Mumbai: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.
