The business investment pathway has emerged as the most popular method for obtaining Latvia's Golden Visa. Recent data shows that 74% of applicants, or 22 investors, chose this route by investing €50,000 in a business. This significantly outpaced other options available under the program.
In comparison, only eight applicants opted for the real estate investment pathway, while the bank deposit option, which requires an investment of €280,000, failed to attract any investors.
The Golden Visa program in Latvia allows individuals to secure residency by making qualifying investments, contributing to the country’s economy. The popularity of the business investment option highlights its appeal, particularly for those seeking a lower entry threshold while actively engaging in Latvia's business ecosystem.
As the program continues to attract global interest, it remains to be seen whether these trends will shift in response to economic and regulatory developments.
