The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai are excited to announce the implementation of a new system for submitting work visa applications.

Key Details:

  • Effective Date: Starting from 26 June 2024, all employment visa applications must be registered via the e-consulate platform.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Appointment dates for submitting visa applications at the chosen Visa Application Centre (VAC) will be assigned through an electronic draw system.
  • First Draw: The inaugural draw for appointment slots in August will occur on Monday, 1 July 2024.

This updated procedure aims to enhance the efficiency of the application process and ensure an equitable distribution of appointment slots. By transitioning to the e-consulate platform, applicants can expect a more streamlined and transparent experience.
