As a Plumber, your role entails delivering measurable results by providing plumbing and heating services, including identifying repair and replacement needs, installing, and repairing plumbing and heating systems. You'll ensure compliance with accessibility, health, and safety codes, as well as local standards. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, qualifications include holding a valid Master plumbing license, comprehensive knowledge of plumbing terminology, tools, and materials, ability to read blueprints, and a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, installing fixtures, maintaining tools, ensuring equipment functionality, and conducting inspections. Effective communication with the Facilities Manager, coordination with vendors, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Open to suggestions and capable of following instructions, adhering to proper channels of command, and maintaining confidentiality.
