SUBSIDIARIES:
They mimic Polish limited liability companies and follows the same rules and regulations applicable to such companies. They are much suited for small companies which are independent of the parent company unlike a branch.
Foreign companies who wish to operate subsidiaries are not liable to the business activities as they act like a limited liability company and is therefore liable to its own actions and activities. This is the most common type of business for foreigners that commence to operate in Poland.
