Position: Full-time Painter
Job Description:
As a full-time painter, your responsibilities will include:
1. Surface Preparation: Primarily, you'll prepare surfaces for painting by meticulously cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
2. Paint Application: Utilize various tools such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint, varnish, or lacquer to surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
3. Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors proficiently to achieve the desired results, meeting the client's specifications.
4. Surface Protection: Safeguard surfaces not intended for painting by covering them with drop cloths or masking tape to prevent any accidental paint splatters or spills.
5. Surface Restoration: Employ techniques to remove old paint or wallpaper from surfaces using suitable methods such as paint removers, scrapers, or steamers.
6. Surface Repair: Address imperfections on surfaces by filling cracks and holes with caulk, putty, or other appropriate materials to ensure a flawless painting outcome.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in painting, showcasing proficiency in various painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality painting results.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and strength to withstand the demands of the job, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting to various job sites.

The typical annual salary for a House Painter in Poland is approximately PLN 82,485, with an hourly rate averaging PLN 40. The salary range for this position typically falls between PLN 60,049 and PLN 98,652 per year.
