Brazil’s Arraial d’Ajuda was named the most welcoming destination globally, followed by Ermoupoli in Greece, Viana do Castelo in Portugal, Daylesford in Australia, and Grindelwald in Switzerland rounding out the top five.
Ermoupoli, the capital of Syros in the Cyclades, ranked second for its neoclassical architecture and vibrant cultural scene. Viana do Castelo, an hour from Porto Airport, took third place with its maritime history and watersports offerings. Grindelwald in Switzerland, known for its alpine beauty and winter sports, secured the fifth spot.
